As Building Operator you will bring at least 5 years of experience in Building Operations and BES I/II or equivalent. You will be able to be hands-on when it comes to small repairs like changing lamps, basic plumbing, and HVAC maintenance. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience working with BAS (preferably Johnson Controls). Our Client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and who has experience troubleshooting repairs. You will support and assist in the maintenance of HVAC related concerns including boilers and chiller systems. You will work in a small team reporting to the Operations Manager with a dotted line to the Property Manager. You will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the property, including responding to tenant inquiries and following up to ensure satisfaction. You will be coordinating with tenants and maintenance staff to create a seamless experience for new and existing tenants. Any experience understanding binary logic related to BAS controller is a bonus!
