Your New Role
As General Manager, you will be a progressive and innovative leader with over 7 years’ experience in retail and/or mixed used property management. You will be accountable for all aspects of Property Management and Operations which includes but not limited to; Building Operations, Capital Projects, Tenant Relations, Financial Accountability, Accounts Payable & Receivables and administration. You will be agile, dynamic and nimble in your approach, constantly striving for excellence and looking for ways to improving the processes and procedures at each of your sites.The General Manager will also collaborate with other areas of the business, including Asset Management, Leasing and Construction. So, a broad working knowledge combined with a responsive and proactive approach to communication is critical to your success when engaging with the tenants, on-site team and wider business. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, leadership, financial and business acumen are required.
