Your New Role
As Operations Manager, you will oversee a portfolio in Downtown Toronto, consisting of 10 Medical Office buildings and 6 Building Operators. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial building operations management. Time Management, Leadership, Customer Service and Technical Operations will be your key skills. Working closely with two Property Managers, Leasing Manager, Construction team, Building Operator(s) and Building Maintenance & Porter Services, you will contribute to the implementation of company policies, programs and procedures as related to the physical plant of the properties assigned. Given this is a multi-site portfolio, over 50 per cent of your time will be spent out on-site.
