The Property Manager will require an operations background to be successful in the role. You will have strong working knowledge of building systems, equipment and preventative maintenance. You will oversee the day to day management of the physical aspects of multiple commercial assets across the Greater Toronto Area. You will ensure excellent tenant relations are maintained at all times. You will interact and communicate effectively with the Property Management team, as you collaborate on special projects at site level. You will also be involved with setting and maintaining all property annual budgets. Your ability to multi-task, be organized and build relationships will be the keys to your success.
