At HighView Partners, we live and breathe our values to create a lasting impact in the communities we serve and beyond.

We take great pleasure in connecting people who perform in the real estate industry.  Knowing that we have helped people’s careers advance and teams thrive is incredibly satisfying.

Beyond recruiting, we give back to the industry by moderating panel discussions, delivering training workshops and hosting a real estate careers podcast series. We also give back to our communities by volunteering our time, organizing charity events and supporting worthy causes by donating a portion of every recruitment fee.

Here are two of the projects we are invested in;

We are proud to be a principal partner of Help Heal Humanity, a charity that helps to provide the world’s most vulnerable populations with access to education, food, community and love. Their team of volunteers build infrastructure, develop programming and foster global connections necessary to support the agency and future of the people in their project countries.

"Highview Partners not only speak their truth, they deliver time and time again. Since we launched our partnership in 2019, James and Nicola have contributed to our success in a myriad of ways. From hosting fundraisers, volunteering their time, raising awareness or directly funding our projects, they always go above and beyond. Thank you HighView Partners."

We are proud to be the lead organizer for The UDI Real Estate Grind for Mental Health.  This annual fundraiser brings together Vancouver’s real estate community to take on the challenge of hiking the famous Grouse Grind (2.5km, 800m elevation) and raises funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association BC.

“Richard reached out to CMHA several years ago motivated to help raise awareness of mental health in his industry. His leadership has led to a unique and growing annual fundraising event, the Real Estate Grind for Mental Health. He also graciously agreed to lend his expertise as a committee volunteer. Thank you Richard.”
