Your New Role
As Assistant Property Manager you will bring at least 2+ years of experience in property management. Perhaps you are a Commercial PA looking for more learning experiences? Or maybe you have supported an Operations team? Perhaps you are working as a Facilities Coordinator or as a Resident Manager where you have worked closely with Contractors, understand the needs of a building, who to call with what problem and also have some administration skills and a professional manner. Our Client is looking for Common Sense and a Practical mindset. You will support and assist in the management of commercial real estate and report to the Property Manager with a dotted line to the Director, Leasing. So LOTS of opportunity to learn and grow. You will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the property, including responding to tenant inquiries and following up to ensure satisfaction. You will be coordinating with tenants and maintenance staff to create a seamless experience for new and existing tenants. Other responsibilities include cleanliness inspections, maintaining records/files, communicating with contractors, assisting the PM in construction and capital projects, and assisting in the preparation of lease documents. The real estate portfolio is approximately 8 buildings all located in close proximity to each other.
