As the team grows, our client is looking for a Property Administrator to join them in their friendly and collaborative office in Vaughan.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will fill the full-time position of Property Administrator for a high profile GTA portfolio. You will be accountable for the administration of the portfolio as well as managing of invoices and accruals to ensure the client’s objectives are achieved. You will be responsible for ensuring all invoices, purchase orders, and reports are effectively completed in a timely and effective manner, reviewing and verifying monthly accruals, communicating with Tenant and Client contacts regularly, developing strong positive business relationships, preparing and presenting a monthly rent and A/R collection report, and a yearly reconciliation report, delivering service and operation recommendations to Senior Management and effectively organizing new leases, renewals and termination using existing Property Management Software. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of Commercial property administration and/or accounting administration experience. Experience working on an industrial portfolio is an asset. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, Yardi accounting systems preferred, strong professional, written and oral communication skills and a dedication to providing exceptional service, setting the standard for a positive team environment.
