Your New Role
As Director, Janitorial Services you will be a strong and charismatic leader with at least 5 years’ experience in the service industry in a management level position. Preference will be given to individuals who have worked in Commercial Property Management and/or a service industry related to Real Estate (HVAC, Elevators, Electrical, Waste Management, Paving etc.). With responsibility for a predominantly Downtown Toronto portfolio consisting mainly of Class A office buildings, you will lead a team of three Operations Managers to ensure cleaning operations are effective and efficient. Meeting daily, you will give directives and discuss any ongoing or upcoming projects and operational issues. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: build strong client relations via site visits, performance meetings and entertainment. Meet with high profile clients to ensure contractual obligations are being fulfilled and that all KPI’s are being met. Review invoice accuracy, review and approve operating budgets, labour/billing reports and quotations with your OM’s and the VP. Present company initiatives to customers and perform Quality Assurance inspections.
