As Director of Construction, you will have over 10 years’ experience in managing design and construction projects, ideally within the residential or hospitality industry (all real asset classes will be considered). You will hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Construction, Engineering or Architecture. You’ll possess exceptional leadership, communication and project management skills and expertise. You will lead and manage the internal and external design and construction teams, and implement best practice for the companies building renovation program.
