Your New Role
As Project Manager, you will be experienced in building systems management, project management and client relations. You will report to the COO and be well versed in Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will be able to identify additional opportunities in a building environment and effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The Project Manager will also team up with accounting to initiate the project invoicing process based on contracted deliverable timelines. Your core responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Set project timeline with customers, suppliers and trades. Monitor project deliverables, maintain project budgets. Update relevant stakeholders and/or team members on the project progress. Coach and support other project team members with tasks you assign them. Identify, quantify, quote and deliver project extras as may be required. Negotiate decisions and perform project and risk management. What you’ll need to succeed: Positive attitude and energetic approach to collaborating as part of a team. College diploma in related field or equivalent. 3 years plus of applicable project management. Strong business acumen in project planning and management. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. Ability to learn basic concepts for resetting / programming in-field equipment (training provided)
