Your New Role
As Property Administrator, you will have over three years’ experience in assisting the day-to-day management for a group of commercial real estate assets. You will be reliable, prompt and consistent in your approach to both property administration and tenant services. Your new role will include but not limited to; review and reconcile tenant accounts, prepare and review rent rolls, assist the Property Manager in preparing annual budgets, track and resolve tenant service requests & assist the Leasing Manager with maintaining and updating tenant records and new market intelligence. You will have a diploma in a related discipline, be detail-oriented and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
