Your New Role
The Property Manager will bring over 7 years’ experience in property management. You will support and assist in the management of commercial real estate, including retail and office assets. You will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the property, including accounting, tenant relations, leases, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal, etc. You will handle tenant matters and service requests, and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases. The Property Manager will assist in the preparation of the annual budget, reporting and financial performance of the portfolio. The real estate portfolio is approximately 10 buildings which equate to 800,000 sq. ft of retail and commercial office properties across the Mississauga and Brampton area.
